Enabled Me To Be Present
There are thousands of meditation techniques, and different styles work for different people. I’ve tried a few but was really relaxing, not meditating. But when I started the Humanist Meditation classes, I’d finally found a technique that worked to connect the senses to the body and mind. It enabled me to be present in whatever situation I was in and accept it with loving kindness and equanimity. Richard is a mentor that believes in the healing power of meditation and is driven by the sense of duty and purpose to equip humanity with the tools needed to find the path to tranquility.
