Class Overview
Introductory meditation classes can be held off-site, at your facility, at a convenient time for you and your group as long as the schedule doesn’t conflict with regularly scheduled classes. This class is very similar to the “Fundamentals” class but is tailored to work at any location and allows more time for questions and answers.
